The last two weeks have seen quite a bit of activity along Israel’s northern borders. This issue of Israel’s Struggle with Hezbollah highlights an attack by Israeli forces on a plant in Syria used for manufacturing precision guided missiles destined for Hezbollah, the crossing of a Hezbollah terrorist into Israel, and a tit-for-tat, or should I say stink-for-stink confrontation with Israel instigated by Hezbollah. Does all of this signify Hezbollah’s intent to ratchet up the level of hostilities? Tal Beeri from Alma addresses that in the last article I linked to below.

Syria Strike Attributed to Israel Likely Linked to Weapons Center—March 14, 2023—Written by Yaakov Lappin, for Jewish News Syndicate. On March 12, Israel struck a well known “trouble spot” inside Syria. There, engineers from Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Hezbollah build precision guided missiles for Hezbollah to use against Israel. The author, cited Tal Beeri from Alma, who said, “While this is not the first time that an attack occurs in daylight—including in this area—a strike at this time points to a certain urgency, and a window of operational opportunity that cannot be delayed,”
Terrorist Crossed Border from Lebanon with Suicide Belt, Planted Explosive—IDF—March 15, 2023—written by Yonah Jeremy Bob and Tzvi Joffre for the Jerusalem Post. A likely Hezbollah terrorist crossed the border from Lebanon, infiltrated tens of miles, and then set off an IED on March 13 at busy Megiddo junction.
Hezbollah Harassing Northern Residents with Lasers: IDF Responds with Stink Bombs—March 16, 2023—Written by Times of Israel Staff. In the spirit of an eye for an eye, after Hezbollah’s operatives aimed lasers at citizens in Metula and left sewage near the border to attract flies and annoy Metula’s residents, the IDF responded with a stink for a stink.
Assessment—Hezbollah May Carry Out Military Action Against the Construction of the Barrier—March 23, 2023—Written By Tal Beeri for the Alma Center. Israel is in the process of building a much more robust security wall along its border with Lebanon. This article warns that Hezbollah may decide to test Israel’s resolve by firing at personnel building the wall.
Israel’s Struggle with Hezbollah—A War Without End is now available in eBook and hardback format on Amazon. This compelling narrative explores Hezbollah’s origins and cancerous growth, traces Israel’s response, and reveals Israel’s present readiness to meet Hezbollah’s challenge. Sales have been brisk, surpassing my expectations. In fact, today it was listed on Amazon as the #1 new release in the category “History of Israel and Palestine!” And already, I have been asked to speak to one group about Hezbollah’s dangers and am in discussions with others.
However, publishing the book is merely the first step—now the educational process begins. My mission is to spread word of Hezbollah's close connection with Iran, the danger Hezbollah presents, the likelihood that Hezbollah will cause or instigate a future war with Israel, and the cataclysmic nature of that conflict.
Why?
Because many who support Israel are generally unaware that Hezbollah, with its 150,000 missiles, can inflict grievous damage to Israel. Therefore, in any future war with Hezbollah, to save its people and way of life, Israel will have no choice but to try to destroy those missiles before they are launched. But, because Hezbollah integrates many of its weapon systems within Lebanon’s civilian infrastructure and residences, Israel’s necessary response will cause southern Lebanon’s civilian population to suffer greatly. Hezbollah know this, but it is not disturbed by it. Instead, Hezbollah plans to cravenly use their plight to marshal international opinion against Israel. This is an aspect of information warfare in which Hezbollah excels.
Now, since a future conflict between Israel and Hezbollah is quite possible, it is crucial for Israel’s supporters to immediately advocate for measures that weaken Hezbollah and also educate many about the imminent danger and Hezbollah’s nefarious designs. Waiting until after a war starts is just what Hezbollah wants because then it will be too late to counter the anti-Israel propaganda Israel’s enemies will disseminate—complete with images of human suffering (fake and real) that will be difficult to counter because of their emotional impact. Images that will draw attention from the fact that Hezbollah was the cause of their despair.
However, advocacy and education requires knowledge. Therefore, please:
If you found my book Israel’s Struggle with Hezbollah worthwhile, please post a review of it on Amazon as soon as possible. This accomplishes three things—it raises the book’s rankings for Amazon searches; it provides social proof for prospective buyers of the book; and it adds credibility to my pitches to podcasters, bloggers, book reviewers, and other groups to allow me to speak to their audiences about Hezbollah.
Connect me to any Synagogue, social, or other group that you think might have an interest in hearing me speak about Hezbollah’s dangers.
Forward this newsletter, and/or word of my book, to anybody you think might be interested.
Together, we can accomplish much that makes a difference. Without you, I will accomplish little.
Thank you.
